I have a Dreambox7000s version4 (GUI enigma 1 I guess, firmware 1.09) and since 2-3 days the Ethernet connection it's not working.
I've changed the straight through cable, I've tried with another computer and another router, re-flash the firmware - the network connection is down. Some times a red led is on (near the ethernet socket), sometimes nothing.
When I've tried with a crossover cable, I can ping the Dreambox and the led is green. Do you have any idea how can I check if something is wrong with the network on the Dreambox?

yes, I've flashed again the 1.09 firmware and did a flash erase;
Anyway I found that the Dreambox it's OK and that's my wifi adapter which connects to my router which s not working anymore.
