I have a problem with the DB 8000HD which is:

I trying to tune in 7 channels from 21.6 E Satellite on Freq 10731 V 45000 2 /3 8PSK, and these are all HD channels having a symbol range of 45000Ms. Now I have installed in my Dreambox a tuner (plug&play) Broadcom BCM 4505 but no matter how much I try the Box simply won't download these channels.
Now I also have a dreambox 800HDse also having the same Tuner that is a Broadcom BCM 4505 and with this Box I have no problem at all. The channels are downloaded without any problem. As far as I know the processor of both Dream-boxes are the same, that is 400Mhz.

Can some one please explain what the reason could be.

Yes of course...The two inboard Tuners have been setted ''nothing connected''....The funny thing is if I enter these channels data in the 'Channels List' which I have....the signal level is shown but no video or Audio although I can decrypt these channels.
