Hello Dreambox team,

I bought one DM 500HD 2,5 years ago and now I have a problem with Ethernet connection and I need your support to solve this issue.

Last week I had some lightning storms near my house , due to this fact an abnormal electricity discharge occurred which burn my router and I’m afraid the DM500 HD also .

I replace the router for a new one, but when I’m trying to connect my DM500 HD I see no Ethernet leds blinking similar as I have no connection.

I need your support where I can see such defect on the board as well one photo of the electronic components which can be damage by electrical discharge through the Ethernet connection.

I’m electronic engineer, so this information can help me to find the problem faster.
