DD+ on dreambox

    Hi. I'm a dm 8000 user for a few years. So far I have been very pleased with my receiver but now I've a problem. The SAT TV company to which I subscribe starts emitting with DD+ codec and my dm8000 doesn't play sound. Any solution for this? I spent a lot of money to buy this excellent receiver. Thx and regards.

    Yo también tengo el mismo problema, poseedor de una DM8000 y una 7020HD, me parece bastante vergonzoso, que decodificadores de tal gama no den soporte de audio, DD+ que tienen otros equipos Enigma2, mucho mas baratos, hay veces que desde España pensamos que a Dream Multimedia solo le importa lo que se vende en Alemania, y si no es así, esperamos una pronta solucion, o que directamente dejen de vender estos equipos en países a los que no piensan dar soporte.

    Do not believe that although competition is fierce with other brands, stop earning official distributors and you will see how they have to resort to other? ... Do you give the same to sell their products at ou country? if not try to solve the problem acquiring license AC3 + audio + income in Spain will be reduced drastically.


    I hope if you really think moving tab earn some money in our country with their products ...

    yo tambien tengo el mismo problema,tengo dm500+,dm7020si,dm800se y dm8000,llevo unos cuantos años con dreambox y no le encuentro ninguna explicacion razonable a que una marca como dream deje tirados sus clientes por un problema de audio que hasta mi hijo de tres años lo podria solucionar,si este es el soporte que la marca nos da para unos receptores que en algun caso estan por encima de 1000€ me parece una verguenza,espero una solucion inmediata.

    ch habe das gleiche Problem, Besitzer einer 7020HD haben, ist es ziemlich peinlich scheint, dass solche Decoder Bereich möglicherweise nicht unterstützt Audio-, DD + zu anderen Teams Enigma2, viel billiger haben, gibt es junge Menschen, die aus Spanien gedacht Dream Multimedia kümmert sich nur, was in Deutschland verkauft wird, und wenn nicht, dann erwarten eine baldige Lösung, oder direkt den Verkauf solcher Geräte in Länder, die nicht denken, Unterstützung.

    I do not know who will be going on Dream Multimedia that is behind other brands that do not have much prestige. Dream Multimedia has always been known for being a pioneer in everything and be in the vanguard of technology.

    what I hope is that we hear and we solve the problem. I have read forum posts from 2010 with the same problem and Dream Multimedia has solved nothing. 3 years and the problem persists.
