Additional DVB-S2 Tuners fo DM8000 HD

    I have bought 2 extra tuners for my DM8000 HD. They are not the same as the integrated tuners which come with the box, they each have 2 connectors. Can anyone tell me which one I should use? and how I get my dreambox to recognise them?. I can't find any written unstructions anywhere.

    Those tuners you bought are not meant for the 8000. They are for the Dreambox 800 (without se) instead. You need BCM4505 tuners with just one connector.
