Since in enigma2 there is not a really Bourne Again SHell (bash) my question is how can I hide the cursor in a sh-script.
I know in bash you can do it with tput civis but that is of course not working with enigma2.

some busyboxes have setterm
setterm -cursor [on|off]
setterm ist in util-linux-bash-completion enthalten.
gruß pclin
es geht einfacher mit ANSI Codes,
verstecken
printf "\x1B[?25l"
wieder zeigen
printf "\x1B[?25h"
printf "\x1B[?25l"
printf "\x1B[?25h"
Thx, that did the trick
