No if you want blindscan then a BCM is definitely the wrong choice, it has limited blindscan support (only high symbolrates >10000, slow...).

Blindscan find this transponder (frequnecy, modulation and FEC), but not scan channels. I wrote about this earlier, no chance to blindscan scan transponders with MIS and PLS codes and found channels.
Only manual scan or autoscan scan and save channels with success.
yes right but blindscan now with 2166-D is not perfect and like said @dhwz there will new update inchallah may be fix this issue we hope .
have you signal on 11448 H 1703 5/6 DVB-S2 ?

I did test and I haven't signal on this transponder . I'll explain it in a very simple way.
This transponder has stream type - CONTINOUS -
same channel is on 33E 12543 V continous generic stream, no clear Picture with tbs 5927!
Forget Continous on DM!

there is NO correctly, constant tuner lock with 900 or 920 on 11449H!
you have to check this by your own with plugin -> satfinder, very simply
there is no constant green hook or similar at "Lock", if you type manually the correct transponder parameters in the fields -> no tuner lockneither on 2169D, nor on 2169C. also and very likely on 2166B and 2166D
plz... believe it...
and the fix for this problem (hang up and stand still) in blindscan works (when its updated)
tested here on 5°W, 3°E, 10°E and 21.5°E (for example screenshot from 5°W)@fred1 and @zuchnet
here is the same with tv-card. very strong signal, but no streaming possible with vlc (no programm) -
