What this means? i have 1 extra tuner 4505 on my dm7080 and the internal 4506 only one motorished dished connected to A1.

it means that you have further cable from same lnb on a rotor dish. In reality this tuner then will always only receive the current dish position, but it will not trigger any dish turning if primary tuner is busy on that location.

then if i want to tune in one sat with the tuner C and the other sats with the tuner A1 then i need a lnb with double output? from my motorished dish

with a single rotatable dish you will never receive 2 SATs at the same time

A twin LNB will just allow you to record a channel from one transponder on the same SAT while watching a channel from another transponder on the same SAT.

Which ist then exactly the usecase for the second cable from dish setting....

in first place to choose tuner C (4505) for sat 27,65 that use high SR and the A1 4506 for the rest of the sats. But if i have to install a new cable is a problem. No space for more cables should be new installation .
