    Dream Property bringt Ende April 2017 den ersten Dreambox Triple-Tuner mit drei Eingängen für 2x DVB-S2X und 1x DVB-C/T2 auf den Markt. Der Plug&Play-Tuner kann nach Dream-Angaben in den Dreamboxen DM820 HD, DM7080 HD und DM900 ultraHD betrieben werden und kostet 99,– Euro (UVP).
    Der neue Plug&Play-Triple-Tuner für die DM820 HD, die DM7080 HD und die DM900 ultraHD soll die Dreambox-Devise „Alles in einem Gerät“ konsequent fortführen. Das Empfangsteil verfügt über drei Eingänge: zwei für DVB-S2X und einen für DVB-C/T2.
    Der Triple-Tuner verarbeitet parallel zwei Eingänge und bietet nach Dream-Angaben somit ein Höchstmaß an Flexibilität und Vielfalt für den digitalen Fernsehgenuss. Der neue Dreambox-Tuner ist ab Ende April zum Preis von 99,– Euro (UVP) im Handel erhältlich.
    Verarbeitet zwei Empfangswege parallel
    Auch beim neuen Triple Tuner kommt, so Dream Property weiter, ein moderner Chipsatz von Silicon Labs zum Einsatz, der nicht nur für schnelle Umschaltzeiten sorgen, sondern auch für ein Minimum an Stromverbrauch bei optimaler Leistungsfähigkeit stehen soll. Der Tuner beherrscht unter anderem das Modulationsverfahren DVB-S2X und ist nach Angaben von Dream Property zudem in der Lage, zwei Empfangswege gleichzeitig zu verarbeiten (2x DVB-S2X, 1x DVB-S2X plus 1x DVB-C oder 1x DVB-T2).
    Dadurch können Dreambox-Besitzer nach Herstellerangaben parallel fernsehen und ein anderes Programm im Hintergrund aufzeichnen – völlig unabhängig vom Empfangsweg. Außerdem lässt sich der Tuner weiteren Dream-Angaben zufolge so konfigurieren, dass er zwischen den drei möglichen Empfangseinstellungen automatisch wechselt.
    Wie bei den Dreamboxen üblich, soll der Triple-Tuner schnell einsatzbereit sein. Durch einfaches Einstecken und die automatische Erkennung durch die Dreambox ist das Empfangsteil laut Dream-Angaben wenige Sekunden nach dem Start der Dreambox bereits installiert.
    Die drei Tuner-Eingänge sollen nach Dream-Angaben zudem mit nur einem Kabel belegt werden können, so dass an der Rückseite der Dreambox kein unübersichtlicher Kabelsalat entsteht. Einfache Installation und maximale TV-Vielfalt – dafür steht der neue Triple-Tuner für die Dreamboxen DM820 HD, DM7080 HD und DM900 ultraHD.     Kannst du ein Bespiel geben, welches Relais du empfehlen kannst? Hab diesbezüglich nichts gefunden :upside_down_face:

    If the firmware has a list of stored PLS modes and codes combinations,
    then yes it is possible to download a multistream mux without inserting
    these parameters manually. However for every new mux and every change a
    new firmware must be flashed in the box. These automatic solutions don't
    do the magic they want you to think they do. Otherwise DXers would not
    spend hours blindscanning a specific frequency for a code if it was that
    easy...
    I wrote that somewhere else too. People really need to understand how PL
    scrambling works, there is absolutely no automatic solution for these
    streams.

    T2-MI direct reception IS possible in E2. The development simply stopped
    to the streaming solution, as new major changes are required in the E2
    code and a decapsulator that will run as a permanent E2 process. Enigma2
    needs further to be patched for T2-MI to support pid input and PLP id
    input.
    Now, this STB looks nice but there's a gap. Where are the parameters?
    OK, with T2-MI I can see an auto setting and a closed source software
    with stored parameters (PLP ID, pid etc), these are not that complex and
    could be discovered quickly.
    However with Multistream the situation is vastly different. I didn't see
    any selection for IS ID and PLS mode/code. These are vastly required
    and cannot be blindscanned on the go. Unless they are stored in the
    software as well, meaning for every new mux the manufacturer DREAM-PROPERTY must
    release an update.

    No you can't, the same as you can't use USB-Tuners for encrypted channels, or other said this makes no sense as this whole crap only works for FTA channels.

    PLS code combined with IS ID in single stream_id param.
    For example Mediaset multistream @ 13E, 5W:
    IS ID = 0,1
    PLS code = 8
    PLS type is Root (0)
    stream_id = pls_type << 26 | pls_code << 8 | is_id
    so we have stream_id = 2048, 2049
