It can be TwinSat onlyTwinSat is not the model, it's a type. Perhaps he got a cable tuner while thinking it's satellite.

I think you dont understand... you have to send the tuner to DMM or your dealer... the voltage regulator is broken....

No. But sometimes electronic parts can break...
And yes. You can remove the tuner yourself or let the dealer / DMM replace the tuner. If you bought the box in Europe the dealer is obligated to fix the problem.
