perhaps with the next image?
we have to wait

Is it this firmware we are waiting for "Experimental dm8000 vom 03.01.2012" vill be final? Has this version some availibilty to handle 3TB HDD perhaps? The answer to this is to test the image......

To Support >2tb Disks, the Linux Kernel must be updated to a newer version. I guess this will take some time...
-
In the Eperimental image from Dream (and Oozoon) they have the new Kernel 2.6.18-r16. Can this version of Kernel handle >2TB HDD or the futureversion is not here yet and we must wait?

The new opendreambox 2.0.x support these biggerdrives (and ext4 filesystem).
So get opendreambox2.0.0 with kernel 3.2 (not dm800)
