Hi folks!
Habe mich am Wochenende erfolglos daran versucht, meine DM500HD mit dem neuen SSL #84 sowie dazugehörigem Image zu versorgen.
Folgende Wege hatte ich dazu ausprobiert:
- Online-Update auf SSL #84 unter Verwendung eines 'alten' Images, anschließend neues Image mittels Web-IF geflasht
- Flashen eines kompletten Images mit DreamUp 1.3.3.8
- Separates Flashen von SSL #84 (.nfi) und Image mit DreamUp 1.3.3.8
Zusätzlich hatte ich die Box im BIOS auch mal auf Werkseinstellunge zurückgesetzt sowie "fehlerhafte Sektoren reparieren" aktiviert - das Ergebnis ist leider immer das gleiche: die Box beginnt zu booten, und beschwert sich im weiteren Verlauf dann darüber, dass der SSL nicht gefunden werden könnte. Dies ist insofern verwunderlich, als dass der SSL (auch in der #84) allerdings sehr wohl vorhanden ist: boote ich die Box in den Stop-Modus (Power-Taste nach EInschalten festhalten), ist das Web-IF verfügbar und Flashen kann ich über dieses ebenfalls.
Ausprobiert habe - neben dem offiziellen Image vom DMM-Experimental-Feed auch andere, CVS-Images welche die letzten Aktualisierungen bereits beinhalten. Ergebnis unverändert.

Stellt sich nun die Frage, ob am neuen SSL doch noch etwas 'faul' ist, oder ob meine Box einen wie auch immer gearteten Schaden hat...
